Asian Americans are known as the “model minority” but do they fail to rise beyond a certain level?  Are there cultural misunderstandings or values that are at odds with the American work place?  Come hear from speakers from varied practices of the law and outside of the law as to how Asian Americans can use their strengths to penetrate the so-called “Bamboo Ceiling.”
