Successful candidates will join a team that includes more than 800 lawyers worldwide who offer unrivaled local expertise on all aspects of public and private corporate transactions. These lawyers work together seamlessly to coordinate complex global transactions successfully, address regulatory requirements, prepare local documentation, advise on tax matters, assist in due diligence investigations and to deliver the legal opinions covering multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have:
● At least four years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and/or other corporate transactions in Hong Kong or the U.S.

● Admission to practice law to a U.S. state bar.


● Fluency in Korean and English; Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) language abilities would be advantageous but are not essential.
